How to get out of a FUNK!

It seems this time of year, especially with all this weird energy going around with the Corona Virus, I tend to feel like I get in a funk. I tend to feel a little out of sorts and not eating as healthy as I would like. When I am feeling like this a cleanse always makes me feel better! One of my favorite cleanses is the Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs. I don’t eat anything except drink this delicious fresh lemon drink for three days and it always puts me back into balance. You never get hungry with this cleanse and you feel great the whole three days.

I also love to do this cleanse if my eating is out of control. I drink this fresh lemon drink for three days and then it also puts me back on track to eating healthy again.

To make this beautiful delicious drink: 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon, 1-2 tablespoons organic maple syrup, a little cayenne pepper, and 8 oz. of fresh distilled water. Shake it up and drink it throughout the day. Don’t let yourself get hungry, drink enough to always feel great and not get hungry. Three days on this and you should feel great. Instead of squeezing the lemon I like to juice the 1/2 lemon and do it like that, either way it’s awesome!

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water during this time too.
