Showing gratitude daily can be life changing. Give it a try for one week and see how you feel. Take 15 minutes a day and go to a quiet place. Take out your gratitude journal, notebook, piece of paper, etc…and write down everything you are grateful for.  If you run out of things to be grateful for just reflect on your current list. Do this everyday for one week. After one week if you love this quiet time, reflecting on all the good things in your life, don’t stop, make it a permanent daily ritual.

Others have found that being grateful daily can be life changing.

Positive thoughts may possibly help strengthen your immune system and quality of life. Being thankful on a daily basis will help you be a more positive person.

The Bible is awesome because God already knows this (of course, He is God) in Philippians 4:8 God tells us to dwell on what ever is true, noble, lovely, pure, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy…. Think about these things.

Knowledge does no good if you do not take action. Give this a try and tell me how it goes.
