Here are some of the best health tips ever!
*Make sure fresh organic fruits, vegies, nuts, seeds, greens (especially greens!), and super foods are at least 50% of your daily diet. Uncooked is best. Salads, green smoothies, fresh vegie juice, etc…is a good way to go. Lots of fresh uncooked greens are the elixir of life!
- Drink 8-10 glasses of distilled water per day.
- Get at least 30 minutes of exercise that produces a sweat 5 times per week, one hour is optimal 5x’s per week.
- Have a spiritual practice for at least 20 minutes per day. Prayer and Bible, meditation, etc…
- Be positive, negativity weakens your immune system and decreases your happiness.
- Take a multivitamin daily, I like raw Garden of Life vitamins. Add a B12 and in the winter and add a vitamin D supplement.
- Get 8-9 hours of sleep per night.
- Reduce toxins in your environment, use natural cleaners, natural cosmetics and skin care, etc…
- Love and forgive others, it is a beautiful space to be in and will increase your quality of life!
- Go from ambition to meaning. Live a life you love! Life is too short, hating what you do!
- Make a difference in your family and community. Random acts of kindness…give it a try!
- Reduce stress. Write down all the things that give you stress and figure out ways to reduce this.
- Write down all the things you are tolerating in your life and reduce these as much as you can.
- Add more things to your life that make you happy! 🙂
